One can tell each character has more to them than what we see on the surface of the pages. Readers get a good sense of who they are and what makes them tick. He creates characters; reader will love and demand more from.
This novel is an epic start to the series; it opens with the discovery of a book thought to be a myth. The prelude automatically draws the reader in, making them want to know more about the book. Those 4 pages gives the readers a glimpse into Saporito’s masterfully crafted universe. The rest of the novel keeps up the same pace, the same thrills and intrigue. The story doesn’t slow down, much like a heroic movie, giving the audience exactly what they want.

Saporito’s novel benefits from his attention to detail, compelling storyline, imaginative settings, and fascinating characters. The author brilliantly explores the depths of imagination to present a tale that will become loved by fantasy fans of all ages. Big things are in store for this author. With this being his debut novel, Charles J. Saporito will soon rise to the top and make a name for himself.
