A Child’s Guide to Wisdom is an educational and insightful book about how children can learn values to make them better adults in the future. Author Everton Robinson has written a book which kids and their parents will love.

Everton Robinson is a reverend and his spiritual values are present throughout the text. He writes about how children can learn important principles by implementing them for 21 days, the amount of time it usually takes for an action to become a habit. He gives guidelines to parents, guardians, and grandparents to implement important principles like faith, accountability, and character. Robinson also writes about fun ways that children can learn about principles, like getting rewards and prizes for remembering the principles.

A Child’s Guide to Wisdom has a lot of useful information and definitions of the values at the beginning of each chapter that will lead children to gain wisdom in their lives. The book also has an engaging mascot Winston the Wisdom Ant that makes the lessons relatable and fun for children. A Child’s Guide to Wisdom also has a helpful study page at the end of the book that explains and defines the dozens of principles that children should implement in their lives.

The text also has many lessons for adults who want to give Christian lessons to their children. Quotes from the Book of Proverbs like “Cherish wisdom and she will exalt you: embrace her and she will honor you” also drive home the point of the book and how crucial it is for children to have wisdom.

Robinson’s writing is so relatable and aspirational that readers will love the message. In a time of such negativity, A Child’s Guide to Wisdom is a refreshing approach to fostering positivity in children’s lives. His writing is simple enough for children to understand, but also educational for parents and guardians to guide their children to live their best lives.

A Child’s Guide to Wisdom would be best for Christian parents and guardians who want to implement positive values into their children’s lives. The book would also be good for Sunday school teachers to teach children Biblical values in an educational and entertaining way.  The text would be best for older children to learn how to build values that will help them do better in life. A Child’s Guide to Wisdom is a book that provides a template for children and parents to live values that will improve their lives and the world around them.  Everton Robinson’s thoughtful approach ensures that young readers not only understand but also embrace the principles of wisdom in their daily lives.
