Dan is a best-selling author and has written two intricate thrillers: Thirteen Across and The Singularity Witness. He loves intriguing tales that weave science, medicine, technology or history into the fabric of the drama. A professional engineer by trade, his experience has given him opportunities to work with a variety medical and technological applications, as well as get behind the scenes at research and military sites. Those experiences can provide conspiracy threads that form a broader storytelling tapestry.
The backdrop for Thirteen Across is unique stops in Washington, DC. The U.S. Capital is rich with history and settings and the story brings non-tourist destinations to life. For The Singularity Witness, Princeton University was selected as a story backdrop and a place for characters to take root because of its unique setting, historical connections, and its active research programs. For a year, Dan and his wife lived outside the town limits and fell in love with the place.
Dan has bachelor’s in electrical engineering, and two master’s: teaching and English. He lives in Colorado, where he’s working on his next thriller, The Singularity Transfer.
